Baseball - Boys' Varsity
Head Coach: Andrew Mulvey (firstname.lastname@example.org) has energized and developed the Rams' baseball program since he was named head coach for the 2012 season. With his enthusiasm and emphasis on skill development, W-H has been a force to reckon with in the Gold Division of the GMC. In addition, three Ram alumni are now playing on college baseball rosters.
Prior to coming to Wardlaw-Hartridge, Andrew had served three years as the freshman coach at Scotch Plains Fanwood High School. He has also been the head varsity coach for the Middlesex High School fall developmental team. In addition to his high school coaching experience, he works for Reddick Baseball Instruction, where he serves as the Director of Baseball Training and Varsity Teams.
In 2016, Mulvey was chosen as one of the GMC's Positive Coaches of the Year. Four of his former players continue playing baseball at the collegiate level, at NYU, FDU, UMass Lowell, and Pace.
Assistant Coach: Chris Parisi (email@example.com) a Chemistry teacher at Middlesex HS, joined the Rams baseball program in 2013. His relationship with Coach Mulvey dates to 2007 when they first played together in competitive baseball leagues. Chris previously volunteered with the South Brunswick HS baseball program, and has coached youth baseball for the towns of Bloomfield and Scotch Plains-Fanwood. Growing up in Bloomfield, he played baseball for, and graduated from, Seton Hall Prep. He also competed in the AAU National Championships in 2003 and 2004, and Junior Olympics Qualifying in 2005. For two years, he played collegiate club baseball for Rutgers University, competing in the National Club Baseball Association. Both his Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences and Master's degree in Science Education were earned at Rutgers University.
