On Wednesday, April 4, W+H will host Tracy K. Smith, the current U.S. Poet Laureate and Director of the Creative Writing Department at Princeton University.

This is an event for all Upper School students and faculty. It will begin with Ms. Smith reading her work at 10:30 a.m. in the Berry Performing Arts. Center. A small group discussion will follow in the Center for Global Learning.

This is an incredible opportunity and W+H is very fortunate to have her visit.  Many juniors will be reading her Pulitzer Prize winning book of poetry, Life on Mars, this trimester.
