The Wardlaw+Hartridge School welcomed its new international students to the community as the Summer Enrichment English Development (SEED) program began on July 8. The six-week program, supervised by Gerard Gonnella ’89 (Director of International Student Program) and Angela Merkel Pellegrino (ELL Instructor and International Student Mentor) will run through August 16.
Our new international students have been learning about life at W+H and focusing on the Core Values of Community and Integrity in the first two weeks of the SEED program. Recent highlights include meetings with Dr. Crafton, Dr. Bowman, Mr. Miran and Chef Anibal. The students will continue to explore the other Core Values – Opportunity, Diversity, Support and Sustainability – in the upcoming weeks.
