A SINCERE FALL FAIR THANK YOU
Hello Fellow W+H Parents,
We want to take this time to THANK YOU for making the 2023 Fall Fair a wonderful community day. Although we had to stay indoors, the day was filled with smiles, food, and fun. The rain did not dampen our school spirit!
Thank you to all who came out to spend time with us and to all those who volunteered to help make the event a success. We hope you enjoyed Fall Fair as much as we did.
Thank you to all the students who ran fundraisers and offered food options, to the Booster Club for their amazing offerings, to Chef Anibal and the Sage Team, and to the Maintenance Team who worked long days and nights setting up, taking down and transforming spaces multiple times.
Thank you also to the faculty and staff who spent the day with us!

HAVE YOU CHECKED YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION THIS TRIMESTER?
Parents - each trimester it is a good habit to double check the information in the school database (PCR) to make sure it is up-to-date and accurate. In doing so, you ensure that the school has the best contact to reach you in the event of an emergency or school closure. The process is simple and quick.
PCR is the platform that we will use to contact you in the event of a snow day or any other school closure.
Once you follow the steps below to log in (SEE INSTRUCTIONS HERE), please check that the ALL of the following information is correct and up to date.
- All Parent / Guardian Email Addresses and Phone Numbers
- Your Home Address
- Your preferred Salutation and Identifier ( Name, Title, Relationship to Student)

Wardlaw+Hartridge Parents' Association
Dear W+H Families,
As we start the 2023-2024 school year, the W+H Parents’ Association remains committed to supporting our community in every way possible. As a parent or guardian of a student, you are automatically part of the WHPA and we look forward to seeing you soon. Please keep an eye on the school calendar, the weekly electronic newsletter (WHEN) and attend our meetings during the year to stay apprised of upcoming events, fundraisers, school news and more.
We appreciate your support of our students through your payment of dues and participation in our various activities and fundraisers. Due to your generosity, we can provide funds for assemblies, field trips, important milestone ceremonies such as graduation, the newly created Emergency Fund, special classroom activities, grants to teachers and much more.
Our communication database is created from the school’s system so please make sure your information is always up to date. In addition, we will be contributing to the WHEN weekly and updating our section of the school’s website and our Facebook page regularly.
