Berry Performing Arts Center
On October15, 2017, more than 300 guests gathered in the front courtyard to witness the ribbon cutting of the Berry Performing Arts Center. Wardlaw+Hartridge students and alumni showcased their talents to open the Berry Performing Arts Center in a grand style with a Premiere Performance that included inspiring pieces of musical talents. The Performing Arts Center is a major pillar of the campus allowing us to demonstrate our commitment to the arts on an equal plane with academics and athletics. Performing Arts Department Chair, Sharon Byrne says, "Having a modern facility at your disposal, the sky's the limit with what we are able to do with our students."

The 10,200 square foot center features the Jean and Sal Badalamenti Theater, a 330-seat auditorium with a large stage, changing rooms, a scene shop, as well as superior lighting and sound capabilities. Students from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade Twelve make use of the space. From our Little Theatre, Early Childhood Enrichment Class, to the Lower School Concerts, to the Middle School Musical, and the Upper School performances, the Berry Performing Arts Center is the home of the performing arts at The Wardlaw+Hartridge School.
