Transportation
The Wardlaw+Hartridge School provides transportation via a private bus campany and requires application.
The Wardlaw+Hartridge School offers door-to-door transportation through a private bus company with fees based on one-way or round trip. While we make every effort to accommodate as many students as possible, we cannot guarantee transportation for all areas.
How to register for bus transportation:
1) If you would like to request transportation, please complete the form through our SchoolAdmin portal using the link below to connect to the portal. The Director of Auxiliary Services will be in touch with you soon. You must be in Kindergarten or older to request transportation.

2) Routes will be created by the bus company by mid to late August.
3) After August 1, no changes or additions to the routes can be considered until mid-October to allow the bus company to establish preliminary routes. No guarantee of transportation can be provided at this time.
4) In late-August, you will be contacted by the Director of Auxiliary Programs to confirm if your student/s are eligible for transportation. If your student/s is eligible, the morning pick-up times will be provided. If your student/s are not eligible, the $200 deposit paid will be refunded.
5) In early October, families will be billed for the full year's transportation cost. The annual transportation fee is due and payable in full at this time.
6) In mid-October, if any students are added or removed from your route, pick up and drop off times are subject to change.
7) In addition, ALL students should submit a B6T form. For more information, please click on the green box below to see if you qualify for aid-in-lieu of transportation reimbursement from your local Board of Education Please note - The B6T form is not a request for transportation to W+H.
8). The B6T form needs to have a hand written signature before sending it back to the Director of Auxiliary Programs, bjunger@WHschool.org.
While we do not coordinate carpooling, many families connect with one another to organize carpools as needed.

If you have any questions regarding transportation, you may call our Director of Auxiliary Programs Brian Junger at 908-754-1882, Ext. 235 or email bjunger@WHschool.org.
