Back in December, eight W+H students auditioned along with more than 800 others for positions in the Central Jersey Region Band or Orchestra. Four Upper School students were accepted as musicians for the Symphonic Band or Symphonic Orchestra.
Congratulations to the following Upper School students:
Hamilton Dressel ’29 – Symphonic Orchestra Violin
Olivia Yang ’28 – Symphonic Band Clarinet
Raymond Han ’28 – Symphonic Band & Symphonic Orchestra Piano
Anushka Patchigolla ’27 – Symphonic Band Clarinet
The Orchestra Concert will be held at Monroe Township on Sunday, Jan. 11 at 3 p.m. The Symphonic Band Concert will be held at Rutgers University on Sunday, Jan. 18 at 3 p.m.
The students will now be able to apply and audition at the All-State level later in January.
