Rudy Brandl

Sarah Honan, Director of College Counseling, recently announced that three W+H students earned national recognition for their academic excellence. Congratulations to Tapleen Kaur ’25, Nia Clark ’25 and Nijiany Genao ’26, who are pictured with Alayne Birnhak, Associate Director of College Counseling (left) and Ms. Honan in the Berry Performing Arts Center.

The National Recognition Program recognizes top-performing students from underrepresented backgrounds in higher education, including Black/African American, Hispanic/LatinX, Indigenous/Native, First-Generation or those coming from a rural area. Students must have a B+ or higher GPA, be in the top 10% of scorers for PSAT or have earned two AP scores of 3 or higher.
