Mike Romeo, Athletic Director, announced the Upper School Athlete of the Week at Monday meeting. Congratulations to golfer Dharren Culver ’26.
Dharren did everything he could to improve his game during his freshman-junior years when W+H did not have enough other golfers for a boys' team. He practiced, played in junior tournaments over the summer and competed in the high school tournaments that would allow individual entries. In 2026, with a supporting cast around him, he has proven to be an outstanding captain. The team has started the season with six straight wins partially due to Dharren's leadership, but also because of his solid, stellar play. Over the last four rounds he is averaging an impressive three over par.
