Third grade students in the class of Ms. Katherine Heiss recited their speeches in the classroom for an audience of parents, teachers and friends on May 20. The students selected Inspiring Americans and delivered their oration with poise while sharing biographical information and fun facts about their famous figures. Subjects included Abraham Lincoln, Simone Biles, Barack Obama, Amelia Earhart, Doctor Seuss, George Washington, Thomas Edison and Helen Keller.
