W+H welcomed 73 new students and their families for Orientation activities in all three divisions on September 1. Students new to the Middle and Upper School divisions also attended with their parents.
The day began with a continental breakfast in the courtyard and a welcome from Dr. Corinna Crafton (Head of School), Gerard Gonnella ’89 (Director of Enrollment Management) and Nirmala Devi (Parents’ Association President) in the Berry Performing Arts Center.
Students met with teachers and advisors, while parents attended presentations by Upper School Head Christine Cerminaro and class deans in various locations, Middle School Head Kirstin Rogers in the AP Room, and Lower School Head Erin Leonard in the PAC. Upper School student ambassadors met with new students and provided a campus tour.
