W+H welcomed 94 new students and their families for Orientation activities in all three divisions on September 3. Students new to the Middle and Upper School divisions also attended with their parents.
The day began with a continental breakfast in the courtyard and a welcome from Dr. Corinna Crafton (Head of School) and Gerard Gonnella ’89 (Director of Admission) in the Berry Performing Arts Center.
Students met with teachers and advisors, while parents attended presentations by division heads Dr. Bob Bowman (Upper School) in Laidlaw Gym, Kirstin Rogers (Middle School) in the AP Room, and Erin Leonard (Lower School) in the Lower Snowdon Library. Upper School students met with fellow students in the PAC and also participated in an intense Technology Boot Camp, while Middle School students attended an iPad Boot Camp on the following day.
