Middle School Swimmers Excel at Ranney Invitational

Hours after being honored as the Middle School Team of the Week at the weekly division community meeting, swimmers in grades 6-8 made a big splash at the Ranney Invitational Meet. This annual event features many of the best prep school swimmers from New Jersey. The Rams proudly returned home with six medals, including two golds.

The 100 freestyle relay team of Tessa Gehl ’30, Lexington Donahue ’30, Sasha Buezo ’30 and Shaina Patel ’30 finished first. Logan Celentano ’30 captured an individual gold in the 50 freestyle.

Other W+H medal winners were Tessa in the 25 freestyle (2nd place), Logan in the 50 breaststroke (2nd place) and Shaina in the 50 breaststroke (2nd place) and 50 freestyle (4th place).
