The W+H girls’ golf team began its season in championship form by winning its fourth consecutive title at the Red Devil Invitational on April 15 at Copper Hill Country Club in Flemington.
Claire Lu ’24 led the Rams with an even-par round of 73 to finish second in the individual standings. W+H teammates Sarah Shao ’24 (78), Tanya Chowdary ’24 (80), Ava Choi ’25 (83) and Nyah Roccamonte ’27 (89) also played well for the champions, who outpaced runner-up Bridgewater-Raritan High by 31 strokes.
The Rams are currently ranked No. 1 in New Jersey and will continue regular season matches before the tournament season begins in May.
