Eighth graders spent a few hours with Upper School students and teachers in a preview visit of the upcoming year in an event held just prior to Spring Break.
The Eighth Grade Upper School Experience began with a welcome from Dr. Bob Bowman, Upper School Head. Students then split into groups for two 25-minute class sessions, attending physics with Mr. Don Kluizenar and art with Mr. Andrew Sullivan in the first session and history with Mrs. Jean Castellano and humanities with Mr. Jason Murphy in the second session. Lunch with senior peer leaders in the AP Room was followed by a student panel discussion moderated by Mr. Kyle Modes, Upper School chemistry teacher and Senior Class Dean.
