Strategic Plan
The Wardlaw-Hartridge School works as a dedicated community of trustees, faculty, staff, parents, students and alumni to deliver the mission and core values of the school. Our focus is on providing a superlative education to every student, taking account of individual strengths and talents. Our aim is to ensure that all facets of school life reflect this vision. Through the strategic priorities described in the plan, we intend to strengthen the school, improve our ability to carry forth our mission, and increase enrollment toward our capacity of approximately 500 students while maintaining small class sizes.
